the forum in action
Beyond the fellowship itself, Women’s Conservation Forum hosts the gatherings that build our national community.
What started as an informal get-together has grown into a movement several hundred members strong — and the ripple effects are being felt far beyond any single event. Across the country, female conservation professionals are finding one another, building meaningful relationships, and creating a pipeline of bold, purpose-driven leaders ready to shape the future of conservation.
"These events have grown from a small group of 20 or so women into a thriving network of conservation professionals who are being proactive in maintaining and building relationships and in bringing in the next generation of conservation leaders."
— Carlina Croston, December 2025
